“We Art the Gods” is part of the “We Art the Champions” series, a contemporary tribute to mythological grandeur and athletic excellence.
The piece features three half-busts of classical deities, sculpted in white modeling paste, emerging from a bold fluorescent background of violet, electric blue, and neon yellow lines.
At the center stands Venus, crowned with a delicate laurel wreath, the eternal symbol of victory. She is flanked by two male gods, echoing strength and presence.
The contrast between the stark white relief and the vibrant, digital-like backdrop creates a tension between antiquity and modernity, divinity and performance, myth and material.
This work reimagines the Olympic spirit through a lens of timeless beauty and expressive texture.

The painting is done with stucco, acrylic colors and gesso on cotton canvas. The edges are painted and the signature is present on the front and back sides.
